Corruption increases. There is only gain with corruption in Philadelphia. Even if politicians are caught, they are not punished nor reprimanded for their dishonest exploitation of power for personal gain.

In December of last year, Congressman Bob Brady of Pennsylvania was caught. Payoffs and/or "Pay to Play" monies transfered to various ward members in exchange for what, we don't know. All in the guise of a PAC.

A $1500 fine was imposed. Nothing more.

Richard Subbio is corrupt. Support Brady and you support Subbio.

Support Bob Brady and Richard Subbio and you reward those who are corrupt.

Congressman Robert Brady was very proud to announce two Federal Appropriation bills that he was able to push through Congress. Great job, Bob! $250,000 in 2001 and $1,000,000 in 2004, all for one block in Philadelphia, more precisely, the 400 block of N. Daggett Street. A modest district, the houses are worth between $20,000 and $40,000. Well, it is in the 34th Ward, a very powerful democratic voting district.

Gee, Congressman Brady's Senior Policy Advisor - Richard Subbio - lives in the first house on that block.

Public Opinion

I would have to say, that people in leadership positions, are held to higher standards then regular folk. Public people are publicly scrutinized. Richard Subbio would like to run for council in Philadelphia. I believe Mr. Subbio should be prevented from holding any position of leadership or power.

People who lie, cheat and abuse their positions to gain advantage over others is wrong, especially when you manipulate the legal system. Richard Subbio has used his influence and political connections to unlawfully aid his wife, Monique Subbio, in kidnapping, forging court documents, illegally obtainining sole custody of her 3 children and stripping their father of all his parental rights. In doing so, Monique Subbio was able to avoid paying the child support ordered in the Canadian Divorce Decree in April of 2000. She saved nearly 6 years of full child support, and of course Richard Subbio benefits as well! Here is the Canadian Court Decree:
